- Brand assets: Logos, colors, fonts, and visual identity files you upload to our platform

- Social media credentials: OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) — we store only access tokens, never passwords
- Communications: Messages, feedback, and support requests you send us
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment processor (we do not store card numbers)
We also collect information automatically:
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- Device and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Content performance metrics from connected social media accounts
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our content production services
- Generate and publish content on your behalf on connected social media platforms
- Analyze content performance and provide analytics and reporting

3. Social Media Platform Integrations
When you connect your social media accounts to ViralMotto, we access your account solely to publish content you have reviewed and approved. Specifically:
- TikTok: We use the TikTok Content Posting API to upload and publish videos on your behalf. We request only
video.publish and video.upload scopes. We do not access your messages, followers, or private data.
- Instagram / Facebook: We use the Meta Graph API to post Reels, Stories, and feed content. We request only content publishing permissions.
- YouTube: We use the YouTube Data API to upload videos and set metadata. We request only upload and management permissions.
- LinkedIn: We post on your behalf using the LinkedIn API. We request only posting permissions.
- X (Twitter): We post threads and media using the X API v2. We request only write permissions.
You can revoke access to any connected account at any time from your ViralMotto dashboard or directly through the social media platform's settings.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform (cloud storage, email delivery, AI services) under strict data processing agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Social media OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls to protect your information. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to unauthorized parties.
